The WVEMD Warehouse and Asset Management sections play a vital role in efficiently managing and maintaining emergency response resources and assets. These sections are responsible for inventory management, procurement, storage, and distribution of essential supplies, equipment, and resources needed for effective emergency response and recovery efforts across West Virginia. By ensuring the availability and proper management of these resources, these sections enhance the state's readiness to respond to various emergencies, protect lives, and minimize the impact of disasters on communities and infrastructure.
