NEW INFORMATION

On May 12, 2021, West Virginia received notification that the state was added to the amended Regional Emergency Declaration.

• Other states are Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

While the Colonial Pipeline is not a significant fuel source for our state, West Virginia leaders are closely monitoring the affect of the cyberattack with federal and private partners.

We encourage everyone to remain calm and avoid panic buying.
