Jim Justice continued to strengthen West Virginia’s key emergency response
agency Monday, with the swearing-in of its newly appointed leaders.
During a socially
distanced ceremony at the State Capitol, Supreme Court Justice Evan Jenkins
administered the oath to Director GE McCabe and Executive Deputy Director Greg
Fuller. Both are veterans of
West Virginia’s public safety system.
State law requires an oath as well as a background check for anyone "who is appointed to serve in an organization for homeland security or emergency services."
